Robert brings over 12 years experience in advising senior executives/investors,
private investor networks, training corporate teams, packaging venture
deals, and assisting turnaround clients in high-tech complex funding situations.
The core of Robert's work stems from the pattern recognition in analyzing
hundreds of cases in Venture Capital markets, which led to the development
of the breakthrough Equity Marketing Framework. The result is a tightly
integrated deal description language based on easy to apply tools, programs
and processes for accelerating company growth in emerging markets. Robert's
clients have directly raised millions in capital due in part to his services
based on this repeatable framework, which enables investors to make investment
decisions faster and with greater confidence.
Robert participated as a founding team member of Incepta LLC., a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Bechtel Enterprises (co-owned by GE Capital), with the mission
of investing upwards of $500M in early stage facility-based telecommunications
companies in North America and Western Europe. Incepta has invested over
$130M in capital in telecommunications projects in Europe and Canada.
Robert designed the original fund's portfolio model, which included many
sophisticated financially engineered sub-models for articulating the investment
scenarios. Robert earned a telecom patent in 1995.
Robert sits on the Alumni Advisory Board of the Seattle University's Albers
School of Business, where he received his MBA. Robert has been an adjunct
faculty member on venture capital and a frequent guest lecturer in the
MBA program since 1991.
